Who would you be if you totally accepted and really liked the person you are?
Most of us feel that if we just had “all our shit together” we would be happier, healthier, more awesome versions of ourselves.
Here's the thing: maybe it's not about waiting until we get it together.
Maybe it's more about giving yourself permission to be authentic and to like yourself for who you are now and bring that front and centre into your life.
And rather than learning a whole new set of ‘rules’ for how to live your life, and be yourself; maybe it’s about unlearning the rules you have set up for yourself and un-developing everything that isn't really you.
Wouldn’t it be an absolute delight to just be totally comfortable in your own skin?
Yes, it’s bloody wonderful. ☺
